Implementation</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs tailored to packaging, warehousing, and distribution environments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Standardize safety processes and procedures across all U.S. sites while allowing for site-specific adaptations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead the development of training programs, SOPs, and safety communication materials.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and ergonomic evaluations to identify and mitigate hazards.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Regulatory Compliance</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update programs, policies, and training.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead site audits, inspections, and compliance reviews;
