          "text": "<p>Vuori is&#xa0;seeking&#xa0;a highly motivated&#xa0;Associate Manager – Paid Video&#xa0;to join our quickly growing&#xa0;Creative and&#xa0;Marketing team. This role will&#xa0;be responsible for&#xa0;a wide range of work including but not limited to&#xa0;shooting&#xa0;+ editing video for paid channels, as well as overseeing the Paid Video Creative process.&#xa0;Expertise&#xa0;in&#xa0;Premiere, After Effects + Figma&#xa0;with strong foundations in&#xa0;video and concepting. In addition,&#xa0;the&#xa0;ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight turnarounds.&#xa0;Must be a great communicator&#xa0;and collaborator, as well as having excellent organizational skills.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What you'll get to do:</strong></p><ul><li>Edit, assemble, and deliver high-quality video and motion content for paid digital and social platforms&#xa0;</li><li>Lead seasonal GTM concepting and execution for paid video&#xa0;</li><li>Capture and direct on-set video content aligned with paid and social strategies&#xa0;</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Acquisition, Video, Social, Copy, and Design teams to streamline and&#xa0;optimize&#xa0;creative outputs&#xa0;</li><li>Oversee and guide the Digital Designer, Paid Video, ensuring creative excellence and consistency&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure all video and digital storytelling aligns with brand guidelines, performance insights, and customer needs&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Acquisition team to test, iterate, and evolve advertising creative&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain&#xa0;high standards&#xa0;of quality, consistency, timelines, and budget adherence across projects&#xa0;</li><li>Present concepts and creative rationale to stakeholders using data and performance insights&#xa0;</li><li>Stay current on trends in fashion, film, design, media, and technology, continuously pushing the brand forward&#xa0;</li><li>Foster a collaborative, creative team&#xa0;culture&#xa0;and unified brand expression across all channels</li></ul>",
