Ideal candidates will be patient, have strong communication skills, and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Installing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Connect heating and air conditioning equipment to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form complete circuit.</span></li>\n<li><span>Install various ducts and duct fittings as required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Delivery of, and removal of, equipment needed to complete installation work.</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components.</span></li>\n<li><span>Properly dispatching to and from jobs daily.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.</span></li>\n<li><span>Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assisting with customers' queries.</span></li>\n<li><span>Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collecting payment and customer references as needed.</span><br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Other Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Valid driver’s license.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work in confined spaces.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work safely from heights.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to pass DMV check</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Certifications Desired:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span>1+ year experience as an HVAC installer preferred, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.</span></li>\n<li><span>EPA certification (preferred, but not required)</span></li>\n<li><span>OSHA 10 certification (preferred, but not required)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Position Details:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, plus overtime opportunity</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Pay schedule: Weekly Direct Deposit</span></li>\n<li><span>Sign on Bonus at 60 days and 6 months</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Benefits:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Health, Vision, and Dental insurance</span></li>\n<li><span>PTO/Vacation</span></li>\n<li><span>Company paid Life Insurance and STD</span></li>\n<li><span>Paid Holidays</span></li>\n<li><span>Company match IRA contributions (up to 3%)</span></li>\n<li><span>Uniforms Provided</span></li>\n<li><span>Tool Allowance</span></li>\n<li><span>EOY Bonuses</span></li>\n<li><span>Monthly Cell Phone Credit</span></li>\n<li><span>Company Vehicle</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><br><span>Fair Chance Employer</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Equal Opportunity Employer</span></li>\n</ul>",
