As a pivotal leader on our installation crew, you will oversee the setup and commissioning of complex HVAC systems, ensuring each project meets our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise in mechanical systems, schematics, and HVAC design will be instrumental in delivering top-tier service to our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead field service operations, mentor junior technicians, and contribute to innovative property maintenance solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>\"What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.</li>\n <li>Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.</li>\n <li>Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems</li>\n <li>Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information</li>\n <li>For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it</li>\n <li>Document work performed in accordance with company procedure</li>\n <li>Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge</li>\n <li>Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date</li>\n <li>Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards</li>\n <li>Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions</li>\n <li>All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.</li>\n <li>Valid local driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment.</li>\n <li>Must pass a drug screen, background record and motor vehicle record</li>\n <li>Strong customer service skills</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical aptitude</li>\n <li>Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions</li>\n <li>Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks</li>\n <li>Ability to work synergistically with crew partner(s), also independently and accurately</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>Company Paid Holiday</li>\n <li>Health, Dental, Vision, Prescription plan, & Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Matching 401K with match</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Build Your Career With Trademark</strong></p>\n<p>Trademark Heating, Cooling & Electrical is more than a service provider—we’re a trusted partner to the communities we serve throughout Hayden, North Idaho, Spokane, and surrounding areas.
