The winning combination of team spirit and desire for career focused growth will ensure a rewarding experience in one of our fabulous Distribution Centre!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Reporting to the Outbound Manager, the Outbound Senior will have the following responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist management with planning and leading teams</li>\n <li>Identify and report damages, shortages or overages on unloaded trucks</li>\n <li>Mentor, coach and give performance feedback to employees and assist management in facilitating employee development</li>\n <li>Loading and unloading of trucks</li>\n <li>Picking and put-away of all product types</li>\n <li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of all stock, stock locations, model numbers, manufacturer specifications and handling instructions</li>\n <li>Verify and report on inventory; ensure accuracy in the generation of reports</li>\n <li>Process store entry stock transfers</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all company health and safety, security and operational policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge and use of equipment such as; Power Cart, Order picker, RF scanner, as well as forklift</li>\n <li>Maintain proficient knowledge of department systems and procedures</li>\n <li>Proficient level on WMS systems and procedures is considered an asset</li>\n <li>Proficient verbal and written English communication skills   </li>\n <li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs plus</li>\n <li>Proficient knowledge of safe material handling techniques        </li>\n <li>Leadership and process improvement        </li>\n <li>Takes charge and good team attitude</li>\n <li>Minimum 6 months working experience in a Warehousing/Distribution environment    </li>\n <li>Minimum 6 months working experience in a computerized inventory controlled environment    </li>\n <li>Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why The Brick?</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A flexible and comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental and Paramedical Services for you and your family</li>\n <li>Competitive remuneration package that will commensurate with experience</li>\n <li>Career progression potential with plenty of access to ongoing personal and professional development</li>\n <li>Employee discounts</li>\n <li>A dynamic environment to showcase your leadership talents.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Apply now</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>The Brick is committed to fair and accessible employment practices and will accommodate people with disabilities throughout the recruitment, application, and selection process.
