Permanent Full-Time Role</span><br>This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week (8.30am to 5.00pm), Monday to Friday. This role has been created to manage an increased caseload and is based in our Greenlane Head Office.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2. Fixed-Term Parental Leave Cover (6 months)</span><br>We are also offering a fixed-term position for 6 months, commencing June 2026, to provide parental leave cover. This role offers the same hours and work structure as the permanent position.</p>\n<p>Both roles provide a fantastic opportunity to be part of a committed multidisciplinary team that oversees and coordinates staff delivering a range of services such as home and personal care support and specialised care for complex long-term service users.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> The role will suit you if you are self-motivated and a fast learner, can remain calm under pressure, have an eye for detail, and approach everything with common sense.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The work is challenging at times, varied and hugely rewarding as you are helping to make positive changes in people’s lives.  There is a strong emphasis placed, on building relationships with clients and their support workers to ensure positive outcomes.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary Range:</span> $68,000 - $75,000</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Relationship Management:</em> Building strong relationships with service users and their families, whānau, co-workers, and other health professionals, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment. </li>\n<li><em>Recruitment &amp; Retention: </em>Involvement in the recruitment and retention process for support workers including performance feedback, education, and training.</li>\n<li><em>Health and Safety: </em>Conduct Health and Safety assessments in the homes of service users to ensure a safe environment for both service users and support workers.<br></li>\n<li><em>Roster Management:</em> Coordinate and manage rosters for support workers, ensuring alignment with service user schedules</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">He Momo | About you:</span></p>\n<p>You’re a natural connector - calm under pressure, quick to learn, and grounded in common sense.
