    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">We are looking to add a Metrology Technician to our team of employee-owners at our Lindstrom, MN location.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform First Article Inspection, Capability Studies, and R &amp; R Studies</li><li>Calibrate Equipment and Maintain Records</li><li>Light Repair of Inspection Equipment</li><li>Aid in Establishing Inspection Procedures</li><li>Quality Training &nbsp;of Operators</li><li>Use Customer Formats for First Article Reports &amp; Studies as Needed</li><li>Fill Out Purchase Requisitions for Outside Calibration &amp; Purchasing New Equipment</li><li>Write Action Forms</li><li>Understand Company Quality Policy and General Safety Rules for All Employees</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Experience Required:</strong></p><p>The candidate must have prior Quality Control experience (1 year preferred) and a background in Manufacturing (1 year preferred) and skills including:&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Blueprint reading capabilities</li><li>Thorough knowledge of Process Control and Capability</li><li>Thorough knowledge of Calibration and Procedures</li><li>Good Mathematical skills</li><li>Color Blind Test every 5 years</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Additionally, the candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Work Location:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>In person on site at Lindstrom Metrology lab.</p><p>This is a Full-Time position with actual shift and hours worked to be determined with individual upon offer of position.</p><p>Pay commensurate with qualifications and experience.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>Shift and Hours to be determined with individual upon offer of position.<br/>40+ hours",
