    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>FLSA Status:&nbsp;</strong>Exempt</p><p><strong>Department:&nbsp;</strong>Falcon&rsquo;s Attractions</p><p><strong>Reports to:&nbsp;</strong>Director of Project Execution<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Summary:</u></strong></p><p>Falcon&rsquo;s is searching for a HSE Manager who will be the primary point of assistance and facilitator of, the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Falcon&rsquo;s Attractions HSE program. The HSE manager shall be responsible for the continual education in all HSE related matters.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.5in;\"><li>Assist the management of the personnel in the Falcon&rsquo;s Attractions Facility with development and implementation of a comprehensive Orientation program that encompasses all HSE related areas as they relate to the specific duties.</li><li>Assist Management in the implementation, continual improvement and maintenance of the Training Program.</li><li>Production and maintenance of HSE performance measurement and quarterly reports.</li><li>Assist the management of the personnel in the Falcon&rsquo;s Attractions Facility with development and implementation of a comprehensive HSE Program that covers both work in the Falcon&rsquo;s Attraction Facilities and off-site locations.</li><li>Travel -- 15-20% annualized.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\"><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Qualifications and Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.</li><li>Post secondary education is a plus.</li><li>Certification or demonstrated coursework in HSE related subjects.</li><li>10+ years technical experience.</li><li>Some manufacturing experience is preferred.</li><li>Management experience working with all levels of management and technical personnel.</li><li>HSE familiarity with HSE Management System principals.</li><li>Industry HSE standards and principals.</li><li>Behavioral HSE Programs function and implementation.</li><li>Proactive measurement of HSE.Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.</li><li>Will not require Falcon&rsquo;s Beyond Global, LLC to commence (&ldquo;sponsor&rdquo;) an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future).</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Falcon&rsquo;s Beyond Global, LLC is a drug-free workplace and employment is contingent upon passing a drug screen.
