Bring your skills to light and power your future with our team.</p>\n<h2>About this Role</h2>\n<p><strong>Brink Constructors, Inc.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work will consist of installations, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, and associated materials and equipment within the high voltage substation electrical industry.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position requires 100% travel anywhere throughout the MidWest</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay: This is a non-exempt hourly role. The pay range is $27.69 -$46.86 / hour</strong></p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Install and assemble high‑voltage equipment such as transformers, breakers, switches, bus work, and control panels</p></li>\n <li><p>Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans</p></li>\n <li><p>Build grounding systems, conduit runs, cable trays, and structural supports</p></li>\n <li><p>Pull, terminate, and label control wiring and power cables</p></li>\n <li><p>Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as required</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform equipment testing, inspections, and quality checks</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and industry regulations</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades on‑site</p></li>\n <li><p>Document work performed and report progress or issues to leadership</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li><strong>2+ years previous substation construction or equivalent experience</strong></li>\n <li>Active, Valid Driver's License</li>\n <li>Valid CDL A is preferred</li>\n <li>Line School Certificate or Transcripts preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Get</h2>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) with company match (traditional & roth available)</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays and PTO</li>\n <li>Parental Leave</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision</li>\n <li>Additional Voluntary benefits available</li>\n <li>Employee Discounts</li>\n <li>Company paid: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Health Plan (HDHP 5,000 -other plan options available for cost)</li>\n   <li>Long Term Disability</li>\n   <li>1X Base Salary life Insurance</li>\n   <li>Employee Assistance Program</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Brink Constructors, Inc. does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
