About this Role
Brink Constructors, Inc.
Work will consist of installations, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, and associated materials and equipment within the high voltage substation electrical industry.
Position requires 100% travel anywhere throughout the MidWest
Pay: This is a non-exempt hourly role. The pay range is $27.69 -$46.86 / hour
What You'll Do
Install and assemble high‑voltage equipment such as transformers, breakers, switches, bus work, and control panels
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans
Build grounding systems, conduit runs, cable trays, and structural supports
Pull, terminate, and label control wiring and power cables
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as required
Perform equipment testing, inspections, and quality checks
Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and industry regulations
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades on‑site
Document work performed and report progress or issues to leadership
What You'll Bring

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years previous substation construction or equivalent experience
Active, Valid Driver's License
Valid CDL A is preferred
Line School Certificate or Transcripts preferred
