This role is responsible for helping coordinate site activities, track progress, and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans and quality standards. The Superintendent I works closely with trade partners, project teams, and vendors to support scheduling, logistics, documentation, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to learning, and the ability to contribute to a well-organized, safe, and collaborative jobsite environment while building foundational leadership and construction management skills. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field Operations &amp; Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with daily field operations under direction of Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent</li>\n<li>Support tracking of daily work activities and production progress</li>\n<li>Help maintain site organization, cleanliness, and basic safety standards</li>\n<li>Observe trade activities and report progress or issues to field leadership</li>\n<li>Assist in verifying work is being performed in accordance with drawings and specifications</li>\n<li>Participate in site walks to gain understanding of project execution</li>\n<li>Document field conditions, issues, and completed work</li>\n<li>Support implementation of established field processes and procedures</li>\n<li>Assist with manpower tracking and daily reporting</li>\n<li>Promote accountability by following direction and completing assigned tasks reliably</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Planning, Logistics &amp; Scheduling</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules with trade partners</span></li>\n<li>Partner with Project Managers to maintain detailed project schedules</li>\n<li>Monitor critical path activities and long-lead items</li>\n<li>Create pull planning and phase planning sessions</li>\n<li>Monitor schedule performance and implement corrective actions as needed</li>\n<li>Hold trade partners accountable to project milestones and contractual commitment</li>\n<li>Support coordination of deliveries, material staging, and site access</li>\n<li>Track progress of scheduled activities and communicate delays or conflicts to project leadership</li>\n<li>Assist in coordinating daily trade partner activities to support planned sequencing and workflow</li>\n<li>Help identify potential field risks and communicate mitigation needs to project leadership</li>\n<li>Support alignment of daily field operations with project schedule and site logistics plans</li>\n<li>Assist in documenting field impacts, schedule changes, and site conditions</li>\n<li>Maintain logs related to deliveries, manpower, and daily site activities</li>\n<li>Participate in coordination and planning meetings to support project execution</li>\n<li>Assist with implementation of site logistics and operational plans</li>\n<li>Support communication between field teams, trade partners, and project management regarding scheduling priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Lifecycle &amp; Stakeholder Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support project execution from mobilization through closeout</li>\n<li>Assist with communication and coordination with trade partners and vendors</li>\n<li>Attend coordination and progress meetings and document key takeaways</li>\n<li>Help track and distribute project updates, RFIs, and field communications</li>\n<li>Maintain organized project records and documentation</li>\n<li>Support closeout activities such as punch lists and turnover documentation</li>\n<li>Develop professional working relationships with project stakeholders</li>\n<li>Ensure timely communication of field information to project team</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Trade Partner &amp; Financial Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track trade partner work progress and report performance concerns</li>\n<li>Support documentation for change orders and field directives</li>\n<li>Help monitor material usage and deliveries</li>\n<li>Assist in identifying scope gaps or inconsistencies in the field</li>\n<li>Support cost tracking through daily reports and field data collection</li>\n<li>Maintain organized records of field-related cost impacts</li>\n<li>Build positive working relationships with trade partners</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Assurance &amp; Marketing Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support collection of project data, photos, and updates for internal use</li>\n<li>Assist with documentation for proposals or marketing materials as needed</li>\n<li>Follow company processes, tools, and standards</li>\n<li>Participate in company initiatives when assigned</li>\n<li>Share observations and lessons learned with project team</li>\n<li>Represent Redmond Construction professionally and contribute to maintaining a positive company image through daily actions</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>8-10 years of experience as a commercial interior Superintendent</li>\n<li>A degree in construction management, architecture, or project management, but there is no specific degree requirement. </li>\n<li>Experience managing sitework, structural work, MEP coordination, finishes, punch and turnover</li>\n<li>Candidates must be proficient in building schedules, scope development and review, contract review, financial management, and risk management. </li>\n<li>Candidates should be skilled in client retention, relationship management, and team building.</li>\n<li>Multi-project or multi-state experience is a plus </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp;
