We are seeking a hands-on Technical and AI Systems Architect to help design, build, and support scalable systems, integrations, and automation solutions across the organization. This role will work closely with operational teams and leadership to reduce manual processes, improve workflows, connect systems, and support AI-powered operational initiatives.
This is a highly collaborative builder role for someone who enjoys solving business problems through software engineering, APIs, automation, integrations, cloud technologies, and practical AI implementation.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with adaptability, operational thinking, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-moving and evolving environment.
Duties and Responsibilities

Support cloud infrastructure, deployment workflows, and system scalability initiatives. Establish and follow development standards including source control, documentation, deployment practices, and technical governance. Evaluate and implement AI tools, APIs, automation platforms, and supporting technologies where appropriate. Maintain technical documentation for systems, integrations, workflows, and operational tools. Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize existing workflows, and continuously improve automation processes. Operate with a high level of ownership, independent judgment, and accountability while balancing multiple priorities in a rapidly evolving environment.
