          "text": "<p>This position is for a pick-up and delivery driver. It is incentive-based pay with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate. You would be responsible for delivering to /picking up from customers in the area surrounding the Marathon terminal, loading and unloading your truck for deliveries and meeting time-sensitive requirements. Some flexibility in availability will occasionally be required.</p><ul><li>This will be a Monday - Friday position doing local P&amp;D in our service area in a straight truck or tractor-trailer work.&#xa0;</li><li>Start times will vary depending on volume.&#xa0; You will be required to help load/unload and perform your daily peddle safely and efficiently.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>This run may include Baxter home deliveries and also be vacation coverage for other tractor positions for local work.&#xa0;</li><li>Communicate issues regarding deliveries with dispatch so that we might be able to assist.</li></ul>",
