Responsibilities include monitoring the assessment and satisfaction of clients receiving home delivered meals. This includes evaluating performance, training, addressing routine personnel issues, and monitoring payroll.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Work in collaboration with direct supervisor, the Meal Site Supervisor and kitchen production team.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Maintain all records for HDM and Hirsh Kitchen vehicles and coordinate their maintenance and repair</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Coordinate the duties and schedules of HDM volunteers</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Manage and maintain waitlist for HDM programs, and conduct outreach as needed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Supervises Social Worker Assistant, who conducts intakes and assessments according to contract regulations and timelines</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Coordinate with Drivers for reporting of client health and mental status on daily routes.
