    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Analyst I, Financial Solutions</p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400\">\n <b>Position Summary</b>\n <p>Working closely with RICOH’s management teams, this role provides financial and operational analysis in support of projects, strategic planning, and the implementation of process and performance improvements.</p><b>Key Responsibilities</b>\n <ul>\n  <li>Participate in projects focused on analyzing and improving business and financial performance. The primary objective is to identify opportunities that enhance business unit performance and increase shareholder value.</li>\n  <li>Provide financial consulting support to business units in achieving their strategic and operational goals.</li>\n  <li>Assist with forecasting and planning activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis at the business unit level.</li>\n  <li>Support the development and execution of RICOH’s strategic initiatives and operating plans.</li>\n  <li>Identify opportunities to improve accounting and finance processes, as well as data quality, through ongoing analysis. Lead improvement initiatives or serve as a consultant to other teams responsible for implementation.</li>\n  <li>Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information, while interacting professionally and effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.</li>\n  <li>Perform additional duties as assigned.</li>\n </ul><b>Qualifications</b>\n <p><b>Education &amp; Experience</b></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience required).</li>\n  <li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience; financial planning experience preferred.</li>\n  <li>Experience using financial systems and applications.</li>\n </ul><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</b>\n <ul>\n  <li>Strong analytical and operational background.</li>\n  <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n  <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, etc.).</li>\n  <li>Ability to interpret, analyze, and apply complex data and information, and effectively communicate insights, including technical concepts.</li>\n  <li>Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic corporate environment.</li>\n </ul><b>Working Conditions &amp; Requirements</b>\n <ul>\n  <li>Primarily office-based environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels.</li>\n  <li>Occasional overnight travel may be required.</li>\n  <li>Frequent interaction within the department, with regular collaboration across regions and business units.</li>\n  <li>Periodic engagement with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>",
