They will facilitate the inbound and outbound processes, coordinate with other departments to ensure all orders are well-executed and delivered. The shop manager’s responsibilities include enforcing company policies and ensuring compliance with safety regulations in a warehouse environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Supervise all operational staff within assigned shift </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential functions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong> </strong>Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks.  </li>\n <li>Manage the equipment on the floor to keep thruways accessible.  </li>\n <li>Generate quality control reports to plan out each day’s inbound and outbound equipment.  </li>\n <li>Communicate regularly with other departments to maintain workflow.  </li>\n <li>Ensure all outbound equipment is staged and ready for shipment, on time.  </li>\n <li>Scan orders and transfers to ensure accuracy.  </li>\n <li>Coordinate with other departments regarding shortages and damaged equipment.  </li>\n <li>Keep floor and other work areas neat and organized.</li>\n <li>Utilize and understand PRG inventory program to facilitate pickups with dispatch.  </li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong> </strong>Proven history of outstanding customer service, decision-making and problem-solving abilities. </li>\n <li>3+ years working experience in AV/ Broadcast equipment rental and/or event execution capacity.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment, HD Camera formats, signal flow, audio, and stage lighting.</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize multiple projects. </li>\n <li>Ability to interact with customers on a professional leve.l </li>\n <li>Must possess excellent interpersonal, clear verbal and written communication. Fluency in English required. </li>\n <li>Must have demonstrated time management skills and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced multi-task environment with minimal supervision. </li>\n <li>Must have strong organizational skills, multi-task, and be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.   </li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a stressful environment with ability to adapt positively to changes in the work setting with ease. </li>\n <li>Must be able to troubleshoot and execute other job functions with high attention to detail. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical demands</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. </li>\n <li>Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>Other duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong> </strong>Understanding of and compliance with company policies. </li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, including weekends and holidays, when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Travel requirements </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong> </strong>As required; Must have a valid driver’s license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>Required education and experience  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors preferred. </li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent education.</li>\n <li>3+ years working experience in AV/ Broadcast equipment rental and/or event execution capacity. </li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. </li>\n <li>Experience working in a Windows / MAC OS based environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO and Disclosure</h2>\n<p><em>PRG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
