The role is to ship that next version, end to end.</p><h2><strong><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">How we work with AI</span></strong></h2><p>AI is becoming part of how we ship. Our engineers use AI tools daily, ship LLM-powered features to production, and review AI-generated code with the same scrutiny as any other code. We are hiring engineers who already work this way. </p><br><p><strong>Your role</strong></p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">• Own and evolve the codebase alongside other developers, as well as the technology infrastructure behind our products.</p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">• Build and maintain both backend services and user-facing features, from API design to component implementation to end-to-end workflows.</p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">• Translate designs and wireframes into well-structured, testable, and scalable code.</p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">• Use AI-powered coding assistants and development tools as part of your daily workflow: writing, reviewing, and shipping code more efficiently.</p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and reliability.</p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">• Review other engineers' work, including evaluating AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.</p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">• Contribute to technical decisions and architecture discussions with a mindset toward scalability, modularity, and clean separation of concerns.</p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">• Stay curious about emerging technologies, particularly in AI tooling and LLM capabilities, and proactively propose ways to improve our products and workflows.</p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, understanding that great products need a tight feedback loop between development and product.</p><br>"
