Initiate, review and resolve based on diagnosis and history<br>Completes assessments and reassessments and required documentation accurately and timely<br>Renders appropriate nutritional care including enteral + parenteral therapies<br>Medication administration which includes critical medications and evaluates response<br>Adheres to infection prevention protocol including but not limited to hand hygiene, PPE and universal precautions<br>Administration of blood and blood products<br>Able to perform chest PT, oral, naso, tracheostomy, endo, and tracheal suctioning<br>Activates Core Measures and Septic Protocols as indicated<br>Reports critical Lab, Radiology, EKG, + ABG values to MD according to policy<br>Interprets cardiac monitor rhythm + performs appropriate interventions<br>Identifies + responds to emergency situations<br>Proficient in ventilation management + pulmonary support<br>Demonstrates proficiency in life support; code blue and Rapid Response<br>Adapts to varied age specific patient populations; e.g. infant, toddler, adult, etc.<br>Identifies concomitant health + social needs of patients<br>Ensures proper discharge instructions and medication reconciliation including follow-up referral<br>Interprets cardiac monitor rhythm + performs appropriate interventions<br>Assists with bedside interventional procedures<br>Uses Emergency Severity Index(ESI) tool appropriately in triage<br>Activates ER Nursing Protocols appropriately</p><p><br></p><p>EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:<br>BS in Nursing.<br>Valid NJ state RN License.<br>BLS, ACLS - AHA APPROVED<br><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
