You will play a key role in developing and running chemical operations R&amp;D projects in alignment with the company's business goals. In this role, you will report directly to our Senior R&amp;D Manager of the Pilot Plant at our Buffalo, NY location.</p>\n<p>In this role, you will impact the development of new technologies and solutions that address critical demand in the chemical and sustainability industry. You will work with cross-functional teams to lead chemical operations projects and foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.</p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p>• Conduct advanced research and development activities to drive innovation</p>\n<p>• Work with cross-functional teams to develop, design, and lead complicated chemical operations projects.</p>\n<p>• Direct Pilot Plant Operators in the day-to-day functions of the operation.</p>\n<p>• Develop and write Standard Operating Procedures and train operators on the procedures.</p>\n<p>• Participate in Process Hazard Analyses and contribute as process expert and own and drive action items and deliverables.</p>\n<p>• Support Pilot Plant daily operations, audits, safety initiatives, and building projects.</p>",
