Serves as a clinical expert for the designated patient population while guiding and developing standards for clinical practice in the assigned clinical specialty area. Serves as a role model for lifelong learning and advocating for optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based clinical practice. Incorporates a multidisciplinary approach to patient care to enhance patient outcomes for assigned populations.</span></p>\n<p><span>Hours:&nbsp;full-time, M-F&nbsp;(regular office hours, with some flexibility as needed based on department needs)</span></p>\n<p><span><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span><b>Education:&nbsp;</b>Master's Degree in Advance Clinical Nursing Practice.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Experience:</b>&nbsp;3 years of clinical practice</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Certifications</b>: BLS (AHA), and Certified or achieve certification in specialty nursing practice within 12 months.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Licensure:&nbsp;</b>Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Specialist.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Critical Care RN experience.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>",
