Provide price support/analysis for the assigned Marketing group ensuring all pricing is up to date. Provide supply chain support during production disruptions. Is responsible for supporting management, sales, marketing, customer service, and finance by managing/administering timely and accurate systematic pricing, surcharges, audits</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Solid analytical and financial acumen to prevent profit leakage</li>\n <li>Solution oriented mindset driven by high attention to detail</li>\n <li>Applies basic concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform routine tasks</li>\n <li>Works on projects of limited scope and complexity</li>\n <li>Follows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problems</li>\n <li>Works under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions</li>\n <li>Performs structured work assignments</li>\n <li>Proficient in proposing actions, identifying and illustrating opportunities, and making recommendations for efficient pricing operations</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate across various functions to achieve results</li>\n <li>Strong organizational as well as time management skills</li>\n <li>Commercial mindset (customer centric)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred, but not required.</li>\n <li>3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a related industry.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team member.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Good strong working knowledge and use of computer programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point.</li>\n <li>Must be detail oriented with good analytical skills and follow-up skills.</li>\n <li>SAP experience is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages bid resources (E-mail and subscriptions) for upcoming opportunities and requirements. </li>\n <li>Process support and workload support to the bid specialist</li>\n <li>Analyses, compiles, administers, and inputs customer pricing agreements and price lists, including the update of pricing and contract term In the most effective way for SAP optimization.</li>\n <li>Project expert in initiatives related to improvement or implementations</li>\n <li>Reporting and reporting maintenance to support data driven decisions and workflow. Ensures Data Integrity</li>\n <li>Obtains bid results and documenting those in appropriate computer software/systems (SAP).</li>\n <li>Manages and documents the management approvals required for price levels, surcharge calculations, and contract terms.</li>\n <li>Manages and facilitates pricing audits to drive high expectations of price accuracy.</li>\n <li>Investigates and resolves pricing disparities with customer.</li>\n <li>Initiate impending bid calls to ensure bid request proposals are received on a timely basis.<strong> </strong></li>\n <li>Other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What Chemtrade Offers You </strong></p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Embracing Diversity, Maximizing Results </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>At Chemtrade we are committed to cultivating a work environment that embraces and values the unique qualities, skills, and experiences of every employee.
