This role requires a dynamic, collaborative pediatric physician leader to guide multi‑site pediatric services across the BayCare Health System.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working closely with clinical, administrative, and operational stakeholders, the successful candidate will partner with the pediatric administrative dyad leader to align clinical operations with organizational strategic priorities—focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, access, and exceptional patient and family experiences.  Additionally, the Medical Director will be a key leader in developing integrated pediatric programs, collaborating with non‑pediatric specialties, BayCare System leaders, and community partners.  This includes promoting a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and continuous improvement while supporting future pediatric leader development.
