font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Summary: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Laborers work under the direction of crew leads, foreman or superintendents performing physical activities in support of completing construction work.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">This position is for our Utah location.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Primary duties and responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist crew leader with construction, reconstruction, and maintenance work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Follow and adhere to Harrison Western safety procedures and techniques</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Keep the worksite clean and safe</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Follows project instructions from crew lead, foreman or superintendent  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure regulated and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Follows all health and safety policy and regulations including company policies, OHSA and MSHA</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Operates hand and power tools of all types to complete daily tasks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Unloads tools, prepares site materials, sets up equipment and general job site organization  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Cleans and clears debris and hazardous materials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Loads, or identify materials, machinery or tools, distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications and according to prescribed safety features</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Operates heavy equipment </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Performs other duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2+ years construction experience either above or underground</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to travel extensively throughout the nation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to take direction from leadership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to recognize safety risks and hazards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
