Position requires basic operating knowledge of all fabrication processes and industry standards.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Hours:&nbsp; Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Operate rotary chop saw and band saw to cut pipe to length.</li>\n\t<li>Handle movement of pipe along the length of table and off load to a cart or crate for staging in loading area.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Operate Victaulic or Pace Grooving machine for a grooved pipe end process.</li>\n\t<li>Operate threader to apply thread to desired pipe.</li>\n\t<li>Operate Mercury or Pace Make on machine in order to apply fitting to desired pipe.</li>\n\t<li>Operate band saw in order to cut threaded rod to specified lengths.</li>\n\t<li>Install hanger devices to specified lengths of threaded rod.</li>\n\t<li>Operate bench grinder to apply required end to threaded rod for application of hanger devices.</li>\n\t<li>Push pipe carts of pipe to load area for loading purposes.</li>\n\t<li>Operate pneumatic staple gun to staple cardboard box to pallet.</li>\n\t<li>Use forklift when necessary to retrieve materials and move pipe.</li>\n\t<li>Operates pneumatic bander to ready pipe bundles for shipment when required.</li>\n\t<li>Completes training curriculum including but not limited to safety requirements while demonstrating an acceptable level of competence as defined by management.</li>\n\t<li>Uses all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as mandated for the job function.</li>\n\t<li>Follow all company policies and procedures within the guideline of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li>\n\t<li>Handle additional tasks necessary to fulfill the needs of the company and the customer as deemed by the fabrication lead, fabrication manager, or branch operations manager.</li>\n</ul>\n",
