On the job training is possible for certain candidates meeting the minimum educational requirements.<br><br>3. &nbsp; &nbsp;Job Knowledge: Qualifies as Testing Personnel under the Personnel Standards of the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act of 1988 under indirect supervision of the Clinical Laboratory Director.
