          "text": "<p>We are seeking skilled and reliable Field Welders with current 3G/4G certifications and hands-on experience working with miscellaneous metals such as stairs, handrails and light structural components.&#xa0; The ideal candidate will be proficient in stick welding, grinding, and interpreting blueprints and work instructions to complete installations with precision and professionalism.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform stick welding and other welding techniques on steel, aluminum and stainless steel materials.</li><li>Grind railings, stairs and structural components according to specifications.</li><li>Operate grinders, band saws and other standard ironworker tools.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA, Mid-State, and General Contractor regulations.</li><li>Travel to job sites and adapt to various work schedules as needed.</li><li>Lift and carry up to 75 pounds safely.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.</li></ul>",
