RETAIL MANAGER The Jewelry Bar Shop – Kitchen Kettle Village Intercourse, Pa | Full-time | $50,000-$55,000 per year salary + bonus potential of up to $8,000 (pay based on experience) The Jewelry Bar Manager is responsible for leading the guest experience, staff, sales, merchandising, and daily operations of Burnley Enterprises’ retail jewelry store at Kitchen Kettle Village. As Store Manager, you’ll lead a friendly, enthusiastic team, create joyful guest experiences, and help our store shine. Communicate updates clearly, hold team members accountable, and manage performance documentation. Partner with leadership on scheduling, coverage, and inventory control procedures. Execute merchandising guidelines and maintain visual standards that support sales and enhance the guest experience.
