Opportunities for career advancement, excellent benefits and long-term stability are some of the advantages of our growing, employee-focused company.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary</strong></p>\n<p>The typical annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00 USD to $135,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives</li>\n <li>Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules</li>\n <li>Performs management, technical, or business case analyses</li>\n <li>Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs</li>\n <li>Tracks program/project status and schedules</li>\n <li>Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening—for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal</li>\n <li>Ability to perform all functional duties independently, self-starter</li>\n <li>Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Microsoft Project 2016; and Adobe Acrobat (reader and pro)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Degree: </strong>BA/BS degree</p>\n<p><strong>Allowable Substitution: </strong>Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree or Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.</p>\n<p><strong>CLEARANCE</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Condition of Employment:</strong>  Applicant must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.
