          "text": "<p>The <strong>Recruiter</strong> is responsible for fueling company growth by recruiting top industry talent and screening for technical and cultural fit. This individual will help CRB continue to build one of the most diverse and extraordinary interdisciplinary teams in the world. This role plays an integral part of developing and maintaining CRB’s culture and staff. This position will work with hiring managers to fill company needs through screening and selecting qualified personnel amongst a wide pool of potential applicants and networks. The Recruiter will schedule and facilitate interviews for the hiring managers and coordinate with local HR resources, as appropriate.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Support the end-to-end recruiting process</strong> for early career roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer support</p></li><li><p><strong>Manage candidate experience and logistics</strong>, including interview scheduling, communication, and providing a smooth, engaging process from start to finish</p></li><li><p><strong>Partner with hiring teams</strong> to align on role needs, support intake meetings, and help guide hiring decisions</p></li><li><p><strong>Support campus events and career fairs</strong>, including coordination, execution, and candidate follow-up</p></li><li><p><strong>Track and manage candidate pipelines</strong>, ensuring data is accurate and progress aligns with recruiting goals and KPIs</p></li><li><p><strong>Contribute to program improvement</strong>, bringing ideas to enhance early career (Intern &amp; new graduate) processes, candidate experience, and overall program success</p></li></ul><p><strong>What Will Make You Successful</strong></p><ul><li>You are highly organized and thrive in execution-heavy environments</li><li>You care deeply about candidate experience and creating meaningful interactions</li><li>You take ownership of your work and follow through on details</li><li>You are proactive and solutions-oriented</li><li>You enjoy building relationships and collaborating across teams</li></ul>",
