As a DSP, you will play a direct and meaningful role in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) by promoting independence, community engagement, and personal growth.</p><p data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"1253\">You&rsquo;ll be responsible for assisting with daily living skills, planning and participating in enriching activities, and supporting individuals during community outings. Some participants may require support with personal care and hygiene.
