    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p>Culmen International is seeking a <strong>Sr Weapons Systems Analyst (Nuclear Enterprise Defense)</strong> to support our contract in Reston, VA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position provides critical analytic support to U.S. National, Defense, and Acquisition Communities by assessing current and emerging foreign weapon systems, both lethal and non-lethal, with a focus on impacts to U.S. and Coalition forces worldwide.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do in Your New Role</h2>\n<p>In this role, you will analyze foreign weapon system capabilities, vulnerabilities, production, stockpiles, deployment, and proliferation trends. You will monitor and assess future developments in adversary weapon systems and produce high-quality analytic products that inform senior decision-makers across the national security enterprise. This role requires adherence to Intelligence Community tradecraft standards and the ability to clearly communicate complex assessments.</p>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>8+ years of intelligence analysis experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Bachelor’s degree </p></li>\n <li><p>Demonstrated experience authoring analytic products in accordance with ICD 203 and ICD 206 tradecraft standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Prior experience supporting DIA or other Intelligence Community missions</p></li>\n <li><p>Background in weapons systems and/or nuclear enterprise analysis</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About the Company</h2>\n<p>Culmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
