PLS Logistics Services is looking for ambitious individuals to join our Manager in Training (MIT) Program — a 4-month rotational experience designed to develop the next generation of logistics leaders. </p>\n<p>This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in every core function of a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider — from sales and operations to corporate departments like marketing, finance, human resources, and national accounts. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Program Timeline </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Months 1–2:</strong> Sales Training Learn how to build a book of business, negotiate pricing, and close deals in freight brokerage. </li>\n <li><strong>Month 3:</strong> Operations Training Dive into carrier management, shipment coverage, and service resolution. </li>\n <li><strong>Month 4:</strong> Corporate Rotations Gain exposure to key business functions including marketing, finance, HR, and national accounts – then graduate ready to lead.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master freight brokerage sales and client management.</li>\n <li>Understand logistics and supply chain fundamentals. </li>\n <li>Build relationships with shippers and carriers. </li>\n <li>Tackle real client service issues and see them through to resolution.</li>\n <li>Rotate through departments to understand the engine behind a growing 3PL.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who You Are </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’re a natural leader, a team player, and someone who thrives in high-energy environments.
