This role is crucial in&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;our company&#39;s reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests using manual and automated tools.</li><li>Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and logs.</li><li>Communicate and collaborate with production staff to correct defects and implement improvements.</li><li>Monitor and maintain calibration of testing and measuring equipment.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes, procedures, and standards.</li><li>Identify and report quality issues, non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Participate in internal audits and support external audits as needed.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to production teams regarding quality standards and procedures.</li><li>Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required, associate&rsquo;s degree or technical certification in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum [1] years of experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of quality control standards, manufacturing processes, and inspection techniques.</li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW125744265 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW125744265 BCX8\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.</span></span></li><li>Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and documentation skills.</li><li>Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems).</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis (RCA) methods.</li><li>Certification such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to lift up to [50] pounds as needed.</li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW125744265 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW125744265 BCX8\">Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.</span></span></li></ul></div>\n",
