Experience</u></strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>More than ten years of progressive engineering leadership experience, preferably in advanced research and development or transceivers technology.</li><li>Demonstrated success in managing large, complex engineering teams and projects.</li><li>Outstanding strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and innovative environment.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Skills</u></strong></p><ul><li><span>Deep technical understanding of transceiver technologies, and proven track record of developing advanced concepts for transceivers.&nbsp; Deep understanding of customer requirements for both current and future products.</span></li><li><span>Ability to engage with laser, detector, integrated circuit, and optical packaging teams both internal to the company and external to the company</span></li><li><span>Creative thinker</span></li><li><span>Existing relationships with major transceiver customers a plus.</span></li><li><span>Understand the competition from China vendors on datacom transceivers is highly desired</span></li></ul><p><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong></p><p>On site in California.&nbsp;
