This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership role ideal for a professional with deep expertise in Environmental Remediation, combined with a strong track record in client development, strategic growth, and market expansion.</p><p>The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our Liability Management &amp; Remediation practice across Texas and the broader Southern U.S. - delivering high-quality technical solutions, cultivating client relationships, and building a high-performing team to support long-term success.</p><p><strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand EH&amp;S services across Texas and the Southern U.S.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry network and market insight.</li><li>Collaborate with executive leadership to shape service offerings, go-to-market strategies, and regional positioning.</li></ul><p><strong>Client Development &amp; Commercial Impact</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across sectors including real estate, energy, legal, construction, manufacturing, and public agencies.</li><li>Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations to secure high-value projects.</li><li>Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Oversight &amp; Delivery</strong></p><p>Oversee and contribute to a wide range of environmental remediation projects, including:</p><ul><li>Site investigations and remedial assessments (e.g., Phase I/II ESAs, RCRA, CERCLA, Brownfields).</li><li>Soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion assessments and remediation.</li><li>Risk-based corrective action (RBCA) and remediation system design and implementation.</li><li>Ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction throughout all project phases - from investigation through closure.</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex remediation projects across industrial, commercial, and public sector sites.</li><li>Develop and implement QA/QC protocols to ensure data integrity and regulatory defensibility.</li><li>Provide strategic guidance on emerging remediation technologies, sustainability practices, and evolving regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of technical rigor, innovation, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, manage expectations, and deliver cost-effective, site-specific solutions.</li><li>Track and report KPIs to evaluate project performance, budget adherence, and long-term outcomes.</li></ul>",
