    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Overview</u></strong></p><p>Family Centers offers health, education and human services to children, adults, and families living in Lower Fairfield County. Our counseling and mental health services help individuals, groups, couples and families resolve a wide range of personal and relationship issues. All services are facilitated by trained mental health professionals and provided in our licensed and accredited centers located in Greenwich and Stamford.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>The Role</u></strong></p><p>We are currently seeking an experienced licensed professional to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health Department as a Clinical Supervisor. This leadership role supports both the clinical development of staff and the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. The Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision, carry a reduced caseload, and support the growth and operational excellence of the department. This full-time position is an in-person role, and is based out of either our Stamford or Greenwich location.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Providing clinical supervision to assigned staff and interns in alignment with licensing board requirements and agency policies.</li><li>Reviewing and approving documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries for accuracy, timeliness, and clinical appropriateness.</li><li>Offering consultation on complex clinical cases, including crisis intervention and mandated reporting.</li><li>Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff.</li><li>Monitoring clinician caseloads and ensuring that staff meet productivity expectations.</li><li>Supporting the Senior Director in developing and implementing policies and procedures to meet agency and regulatory standards.</li><li>Contributing to Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives, including chart reviews, incident response reviews, and identification of staff training needs and workflow updates.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations, and internal policies.</li><li>Maintaining a reduced caseload, providing individual, family, and group therapy.</li><li>Delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based treatment services.</li><li>Covering the agency&rsquo;s after-hours crisis line, as needed.</li><li>Attending and participating in departmental and agency meetings, including team meetings, supervisors&rsquo; meetings, and case conferences.</li><li>Leading workshops in the community on topics related to mental health.</li><li>Serving on Family Centers&rsquo; Trauma Response Team and support the community following a crisis.</li><li>Representing Family Centers at community-based meetings and committees.</li></ul><p>We offer:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>An opportunity to be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team including psychiatric and medical professionals.</li><li>Work/life balance including flexible schedule.</li><li>Agency trainings that provide CEU credits.</li><li>Paid license renewal fees, trainings, and conference days.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LPC or LMFT in Connecticut, or the ability to obtain CT licensure</li><li>Experience working with a wide range of populations; grief counseling experience is helpful</li><li>Knowledge and experience with electronic health records</li><li>Ability to work two evenings per week</li><li>Bilingual Spanish is a plus<br><br></li></ul><p><strong><br> <u>Benefits and Perks</u></strong></p><p>At&nbsp;Family Centers, we believe in taking care of our compassionate staff who care for our community.
