We are building a dedicated homecare division and are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us </span><span>at</span><span> the ground floor.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>The Role</span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span>As a Homecare Consultant, you will sit at the heart of A24's homecare operation — managing active client cases while developing new referral relationships with case managers, </span><span>GPs</span><span> and specialist practitioners.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span>This is a hybrid role: part relationship builder, part case coordinator.
