Own the practice P&L, including utilization, margins, and revenue growth.</li><li>Technical Authority: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on SFCC B2C Commerce (SFRA, SiteGenesis, Composable Architecture). Oversee technical design, complex implementations, and integrations.</li><li>Pre-Sales & Account Management: Support sales by creating proposals, estimations, and leading RFPs. Act as a senior client-facing leader for project, delivery reviews, and strategic discussions.</li><li>Delivery Excellence: Establish delivery governance, quality standards, and CI/CD best practices.
