The financial controller is responsible for maintenance and operation of the entire accounting system, including the gathering and reporting of timely and accurate financial information to management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and cash management.</li><li>Establish and maintain internal controls.</li><li>Designs and maintains chart of accounts and general ledger to assure financial and cost reporting that enables decision makers to optimize the performance of the organization in meeting strategic goals and objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare forecast reports for income, expenses, and earnings.</li><li>Assists with tax schedules and coordinates with our tax accountant to ensure that corporate income tax compliance and other necessary corporate and tax filings are accurate.
