About the Role Few jobs let you turn a lifelong obsession with sports into a real edge in a live market. This one does. You'll be on the book when it matters most: the Sunday slate, the buzzer-beater, the injury report that drops ten minutes before tip-off. Every event is a new puzzle, and every shift in order flow is a chance to prove your read was better than the field's. You'll sit close to the quants and engineers building the tools you trade on, with room to push back, improve the models, and shape how we run markets. Who you are and what you will do Thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where live sports, real-time decision-making, and risk management come together Bring strong intuition for trading, pricing, probability, statistics, and game theory, with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions as markets move Monitor live sports and market activity in real time, responding to order flow and changing conditions across our proprietary trading platform Analyze user behavior and market dynamics to inform segmentation, adjust pricing, and manage exposure as activity evolves Use internal models, live market data, and breaking team and player news to make disciplined risk decisions throughout the lifecycle of an event Operate at the intersection of sports analytics and market theory, combining proprietary prediction models, public betting data, and your own judgment to help keep markets fair and efficient Bring deep knowledge of major American professional and college sports, with a strong understanding of how these markets behave before, during, and after live events Partner closely with quantitative analysts and trading engineers to improve trading models, tooling, and overall market performance Enjoy working when the action happens, with flexibility to cover evenings and weekends during peak trading hours Get excited by the opportunity to turn a passion for sports into direct impact on a live, dynamic marketplace If you’re a sports fanatic with a trader’s mindset, eager to work at the cutting edge of sports analytics and prediction markets, we’d love to hear from you!
