font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><em>ASPHALT PAVER OPERATOR</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Operate equipment in compliance with Kinsley’s safety policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure company equipment is well-maintained by performing regular checks, greasing, and fluid inspections.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Conduct daily machine inspections and routine maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Maintain cleanliness of equipment during and after operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform additional duties as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><em>MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Utilize milling equipment to remove existing asphalt and prepare surfaces for new asphalt.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Maintain equipment in optimal condition through routine checks and greasing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Control the location, direction, speed, and loading of asphalt materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform additional duties as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"><em>TACK TRUCK DRIVER           </em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Operate tack truck with care and precision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assist with loading to ensure proper weight distribution and safety.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform daily maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Collaborate with the paving crew when the distributor isn't in use.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Load tack truck oil from the tank.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Fill asphalt and burner tanks, clean and adjust spray bars, and remove excess asphalt.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Spray tack in between the lifts of the asphalt.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Clean the truck regularly and maintain good housekeeping standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform other related functions and duties as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS </span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Previous operating experience preferred, including the ability to read and follow construction site drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to maintain all tools required for the position.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and a good driving record.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to work in various weather conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Valid CDL with tanker endorsement required for the Tack Truck Driver position.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Knowledge of load weight requirements for the Tack Truck Driver position.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Commitment to safety as a top priority, including compliance with company safety rules and wearing required PPE while on duty.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
