Don't think traditional retail, Bonobos is something you haven't seen before.</p>\n<h2>Guideshop Name</h2>Westchester\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<h4><strong>Bonobos is seeking a Guideshop Manager, our version of a Store Manager, at our Guideshop. </strong></h4>\n<p> </p>\n<p>A Guideshop Manager will report directly to our District Manager and will manage a team of 1-3 Lead Guides and 4-10 Guides. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive business results by analyzing business trends, maximizing daily sales plans, and developing Guides.</li>\n <li>Analyze business results in your Guideshop to identify and coach opportunities, as well as celebrate successes.</li>\n <li>Create an exceptional customer experience by having a strong presence on the sales floor and modeling optimal selling behaviors.</li>\n <li>Preserve long-term customer relationships by maximizing the Guideshop client book and maintaining outreach expectations.</li>\n <li>Manage Guideshop expense budget, payroll control, and procedural compliance.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to generate traffic to the Guideshop by promoting brand awareness within the market.</li>\n <li>Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top talent. </li>\n <li>Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.</li>\n <li>Inspire, motivate, and lead through Bonobos Core Virtues.</li>\n <li>Foster an environment of innovation and promote an entrepreneurial mindset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have in-depth retail experience.</li>\n <li>Have a minimum of 3-5 years managing a retail store or relevant experience.</li>\n <li>Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals.</li>\n <li>Able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Skills and Abilities)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the evolving retail landscape.</li>\n <li>Cultivate an environment of genuine customer connection where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.</li>\n <li>Are a triple threat that is made up of equal parts training, sales, and operations.</li>\n <li>Have a thorough understanding of our brand's style and mission: Make Fit Happen for Every Body.</li>\n <li>Lead by example and are enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring your team.</li>\n <li>Create and ensure a cohesive work environment that inspires engagement.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and confident in your ability to network and generate leads.</li>\n <li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Compensation </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PHOENIX offers a range of benefits to help protect full-time associate’s health and long-term financial security including: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, pharmacy, dental and vision coverage </li>\n <li>401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match </li>\n <li>Merchandise discount </li>\n <li>Paid Time Off </li>\n <li>Parental leave for new moms and dads </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For part-time associates, PHOENIX is partnering with LIG Solutions to help associates obtain individual insurance coverage that best fits their needs and budget, including major medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, life Insurance and more.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Additionally, part-time associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave, public health emergency leave and to participate in the 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Part-time associates may also be eligible to participate in the Bonobos Guideshop Incentive Plan.</p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>$67,000 - $106,000 annually\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>If you would like to know more about the California Consumer Privacy Act click here.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
