    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing Subject Matter Expertise recommendations on testing requirements</li>\n <li>Performing system level software testing to accurately validate operational readiness</li>\n <li>Translating user requirements into tasks to execute as a member of the test team</li>\n <li>Performing document reviews for technical accuracy</li>\n <li>Identifying basic test and evaluation methodologies for new systems and system updates</li>\n <li>Generating Testing and Evaluation planning, execution and reporting documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING</strong></p>\n<p><em>#LI-AM1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance</li>\n <li>Eight years of Navy Shipboard Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) system operations, or equivalent experience is required</li>\n <li>Shipboard systems may include, but are not limited to:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment E/F</li>\n   <li>Integrated Submarine Communications Receiving System (ISCRS)</li>\n   <li>Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP) systems</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Must be able to perform work within equipment spaces onboard US Navy platforms</li>\n <li>Strong writing and speaking skills; experience leading and working in a diverse group of coworkersand community of interest</li>\n <li>Ability to follow configuration documentation and procedures is required</li>\n <li>Work independently but collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide consulting and control design recommendations to reduce risk</li>\n <li>Travel may be required for this position</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>SSEE Increment F NEC C21A</li>\n <li>Completion of TST 102 Fundamentals of Test and Evaluation and TST 1100 Intro to Systems Engineering for Testers</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with best test practices, including formal, requirements-based testing</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL</strong></p>\n<h2>Travel Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Up to 30% travel annually </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p>Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
