    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Position Summary</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>Under the direct supervision of the Manager, F&amp;B Outlet or the Assistant Manager, F &amp; B Outlet, this position is responsible for managing the guest bills with the strictest regard to rules, regulations and outlet operational guidelines while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. This position may serve at a counter, in a restaurant, coffee shop, on a casino floor or other areas. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian’s learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Key Accountabilities&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Enters guest bills into the POS</span></li>\n <li><span>Counts out change and gives to the guest</span></li>\n <li><span>Explains pricing to guests when requested for clarification</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintains the cleanliness of the cashier stand and area</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintains own cash float and count s cash float at end of shift</span></li>\n <li><span>Performs opening and closing duties as required</span></li>\n <li><span>Restocks potato chips, candy, etc. (if applicable)</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensures an adequate stock of napkins, cutlery, etc.; replenishes when necessary</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensures tab le availability by communicating with bussing staff</span></li>\n <li><span>Assists with bussing duties during slower periods</span></li>\n <li><span>Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments</span></li>\n <li><span>Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership and team members</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations</span></li>\n <li><span>Performs other duties as assigned or directed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>High School Diploma; Post Secondary hospitality or hotel education an asset</span></li>\n <li><span>Minimum 1 year cash handling</span></li>\n <li><span>POS experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication</span></li>\n <li><span>Computer literacy in MS Office</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><i>Great Canadian Gaming Corporation is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and we welcome all qualified applicants to apply to join our team of unique contributors.
