Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Water Technicians need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property&nbsp;</li><li>Assess the scope of new construction required and sell Dry Force reconstruction services&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers&nbsp;</li><li>Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image&nbsp;</li><li>Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies &nbsp;</li><li>Document drying progress using a phone or tablet&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more&nbsp;</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required&nbsp;</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license &nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays&nbsp;</li><li>IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.</li><li>1-2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li>2-4 years of Construction experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li>2-4 years of Customer Service experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li><span dir=\"ltr\">Speaking English is not a requirement of the position, but you must be eligible to work in the US.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Dry Force opened its doors in 2003 with the mindset that we wanted to help people in one of their greatest times of need.
