Reporting to the Security, this part-time position supports scheduled and on-demand shuttle services including employee commutes, event transportation, and airport pick-ups/drop-offs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Specifications:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Onsite:</strong> Black Desert Resort<strong>Schedule Availability:</strong> Year-Round/Part Time<strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $18 / hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive Benefits:</strong> 401K with company match, employee dining room, exclusive resort discounts, and complimentary employee hotel stay program.</li>\n <li><strong>Dynamic Environment:</strong> Opportunity to work with an amazing team focused on hospitality and service.</li>\n <li><strong>Career Growth:</strong> Opportunities for professional growth and advancement in the hospitality industry.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities including, but not limited to</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Safely operate resort-owned shuttle vehicles for transporting employees, guests, and event attendees between designated locations including the resort, airport, employee housing, and offsite venues.</li>\n <li>Ensure timeliness and accuracy of assigned routes and scheduled pick-ups/drop-offs.</li>\n <li>Assist guests and staff with luggage or personal belongings as needed.</li>\n <li>Provide professional, courteous, and informative service to all passengers.</li>\n <li>Maintain communication with Security, Front Office, and Events teams regarding route status and transportation updates.</li>\n <li>Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.</li>\n <li>Keep shuttle vehicles clean, fueled, and stocked with resort-approved materials (water, signage, etc.).</li>\n <li>Accurately log mileage, fuel usage, and incident reports when applicable.</li>\n <li>Follow resort driving protocols and adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT), local, and state driving regulations.</li>\n <li>Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to the Security team promptly.</li>\n <li>Support event logistics by assisting with traffic flow and guest transportation plans when needed.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid Utah driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of professional driving or shuttle/transportation experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to remain calm and professional during high-traffic periods or unforeseen delays.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of local roads, GPS systems, and navigation tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#blackdesertresort</p>",
