They manage personnel sampling and certification in a cleanroom environment and perform non-routine sample collection for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or investigations.</p>\n<p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p>\n<p>Perform environmental monitoring of the cleanrooms (under USP and EU specifications) both viable and non-viable monitoring<br>\n  Daily preparation of paperwork, supplies, and equipment for EM testing in a cleanroom setting<br>\n  Perform microbial plating of personnel during manufacturing and personnel qualification.<br>\n  Collect data from the particulate monitoring system and audit system to ensure appropriate sensors are activated<br>\n  Resolve environmental equipment malfunctions or errors<br>\n  Perform non-routine or infrequent sampling (e.g., semi-annual static particulate monitoring, quarterly compressed air monitoring)<br>\n  Perform current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) documentation, and review sampling worksheets for documentation errors<br>\n  Maintain current training status on equipment, procedures, and test methods<br>\n  Read/interpret SOPs to ensure compliance<br>\n  Maintain up to date trainings<br>\n  Other duties as assigned</p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br><b>Education and Experience: &nbsp;&nbsp;</b> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p>\n<p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)<br>\n  Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Analyst position, preferred<br>\n  Two (2) years related experience in production, manufacturing, and/or cleanroom, preferred</p>\n<p><b>Computer Skills: &nbsp; &nbsp;</b> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. &nbsp;Ability to quickly adapt and learn new manufacturing software systems.</p>\n<p><b>Other Skills and Abilities:&nbsp;</b> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p>\n<p>Fosters a collaborative and positive work environment<br>\n  Champions change<br>\n  Promotes a safe and healthy work environment by actively identifying and addressing potential hazards, following established safety protocols, participating in safety training programs, and fostering a culture of awareness and responsibility among team members.<br>\n  Demonstrates strong attention to detail<br>\n  Strong writing skills</p>\n<p><br><b>Other Qualifications:</b></p>\n<p>Must pass a background check<br>\n  Must pass a drug screen<br>\n  May be required to pass Occupational Health Screening<br>\n  Must be able to obtain and maintain gowning certification<br>\n  Must be able to obtain and maintain media qualification<br>\n  Must be able to wear a respirator &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p>\n<p><br><b>Physical Demands:</b></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
