duties</span></span></span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Lead client audit engagements, which include planning executing, directing, and completing financial audits.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Begin to develop generally accepted accounting principles and ASF supervised companies accounting and reporting rules, where applicable, and financial statement presentation. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Obtain a thorough understanding of ASPAAS, CAFR and International Standards on Auditing and common audit procedures and techniques. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Supervise, train and mentor associates and interns on audit process. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Research and analyze financial statement and audit related issues. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Acquire a working knowledge of the client’s business. </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"> </span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Proactively interact with key client’s management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements. </span></li>\r\n<li><span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\"> </span></span><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Perform other job-related duties as necessary.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #1f497d;\">Requirements &amp;
