This position is designated as hybrid with a requirement of up to 4 in-office days per month; however, flexibility is essential, as additional in-person attendance may be required based on business needs, meetings, and events. Position Summary Provide comprehensive administrative and executive-level support to the President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer (EVP/COO), and the Devereux Board of Trustees. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the President/CEO and EVP/COO, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Office of Administration. Coordinate the preparation, review, and dissemination of executive and Board-related correspondence and communications. Plan and execute in person, hybrid and virtual conferences, board meetings, and events. Prepare, compile, and distribute materials for Board of Trustees meetings, executive meetings, and other governance-related activities. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational priorities. Supervise and manage the national Executive Assistants in the Office of Administration, ensuring effective coordination of work assignments and cross-functional coverage. Evaluate administrative workflows and systems, and recommend process and system improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
