We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineer II to join our Maintenance Department.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Engineer II is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the hotel remains in top condition. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance issues, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify and address potential issues.</li>\n <li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.</li>\n <li>Assist with the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.
