Project sites are located domestically and internationally, so relocation and/or travel are required.</li>\n <li>10-15 years of heavy civil construction experience.</li>\n <li>Experience supervising multiple foremen/construction crews.</li>\n <li>Experience with water conveyance/transmission mains and pump station work. </li>\n <li>Water conveyance to include greater than 60-inch steel welded pipeline installation.</li>\n <li>Installations to include open trench excavations and trenchless. </li>\n <li>The pump station to include +60MGD pumping station or water treatment plant. </li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li>\n <li>Safety oriented, 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certificates are preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic: willing to do what it takes to get the job done.</li>\n <li>Exceptional communication and leadership skills</li>\n <li>Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and </li>\n <li>Estimating and planning experience.</li>\n <li>Must have experience with Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) contracts.</li>\n <li>Design Build contracts experience is a bonus.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage construction safety.</li>\n <li>Manage environmental and quality compliance.</li>\n <li>Understand / manage project costs and budgets.</li>\n <li>Review, interpret and understand Contract Documents including specifications, drawings, and designs.</li>\n <li>Work with estimating teams to develop estimates for large complex heavy civil project.</li>\n <li>Schedule and manage construction activities, sequencing and the selection of engineering staff, crew workforce, equipment, and tools for maximum utilization and quality of work.</li>\n <li>Review timecards and invoices for proper cost distribution and accountability.</li>\n <li>Tracks schedule and budget progress with project milestones and takes all action necessary to keep project on track.</li>\n <li>Determines, controls, and maintains field discipline schedules and budgets.</li>\n <li>Ensure all employees are current in and compliant with all Barnard safety policies and have received required safety training and equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled, E-Verify Employer</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>#mon</em></p>",
